Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition (except in cases of defects).
Opened, used, or partially consumed medical products.
Products that have passed their expiration date.
Items not purchased directly from TECHNIPLEX MEDICAL SUPPLIERS.
To initiate a return, customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Returned products will be inspected before approval of replacement or refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or a replacement will be arranged.
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, TECHNIPLEX MEDICAL SUPPLIERS will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
TECHNIPLEX MEDICAL SUPPLIERS reserves the right to approve or reject any return request based on inspection and compliance with this policy.
